Welcome to the Office of the Registrar!

The Office of the University Registrar is here to help you navigate your academic journey from your first day of classes through graduation. Think of us as your partner in managing your academic record and helping you stay on track to earn your degree.

Our office supports students by:

  • Registering you for classes and helping you understand registration processes.
  • Maintaining your official academic record and processing transcript requests.
  • Evaluating transfer, dual enrollment, AP, and other eligible credits.
  • Assisting with enrollment verification, graduation applications, and degree audits.
  • Managing academic calendars, course schedules, grades, and academic policies.
  • Supporting eligible students with veterans' educational benefits and enrollment certifications.
  • Providing guidance on important academic deadlines, such as add/drop, withdrawal, and graduation requirements.

Our goal is to make your academic experience as smooth as possible by providing accurate information, responsive service, and the resources you need to succeed. Whether you have questions about your schedule, your academic record, or your progress toward graduation, we're here to help.

Remember: The earlier you ask questions, the more options we have to help. We encourage you to stay informed, meet important deadlines, and connect with our office whenever you need assistance.

Your success is our priority, and we look forward to supporting you throughout your journey at Virginia Union University!
