Hospitality Business Law and Risk Management. An analysis of laws, rules and ethical constraints which provide the basis for making rational business decisions: commercial transactions in the marketplace. Emphasis is on the organization and operation of the American legal system in relation to the hospitality industry. Analytical problem solving and ethical decision making are emphasized.
