The Virginia Union certifying official will review classes provided on the Certification Request Form and determine which courses will be submitted to the Veterans Affairs Department for consideration. 

Chapter information (Certificate of Eligibility) must be provided to begin the certification process.  If you are unsure of what benefits programs you are under, visit www.gibill.va.gov .
