Description
The purpose of this course is to introduce, define, and understand emotional intelligence. Particular attention will be given to emotional intelligence from a ministry leadership perspective. Ministry leaders will gain knowledge of emotional intelligence and the impact it has on self-awareness, effective leadership, building and maintaining relationships, communication, and solving problems. It is the premise of this course that individuals who effectively use emotional and social skills will develop more meaningful relationships in both their personal and professional lives.
