Description

Formation for Ministry I (PT555) requires that all students complete a battery of forms/assessments prior to the first class meeting. All forms and assessments must be completed and e-mailed to formationforministry@vuu.edu. It is suggested that you keep a hard copy of all of your documents in a three-ring binder and bring them to class.
