This course is designed to assist the student in acquiring knowledge, understanding, and skills needed for leadership in a congregational setting from a theoretical as well as a practical stance. Through various readings and activities students will explore leadership as the means by which persons are directed in the mission and ministry of the church. (Spring Only)
